What data we process

If you submit the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, work email, company, number of employees, approximate budget, process description and timeframe.

During a normal website visit, technical data needed to operate the website may be processed, such as IP address in server logs, browser type, request time, visited URL and security or performance data.

Purpose and legal basis

We use form data to handle your enquiry, contact you back, arrange a no-obligation call and prepare a possible offer. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, or pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if the communication leads towards a contract.

We process technical data and server logs for secure operation, availability and protection of the website. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We use cookie-free Vercel statistics and Speed Insights technical metrics to understand which parts of the website work and whether the site has technical or performance issues. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement only with your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. According to Vercel documentation, Web Analytics does not use cookies and works with anonymized data. Speed Insights collects technical real-user performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals.

After you consent, we may load Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag to measure website visits, submitted forms and advertising performance. They may process visited pages, device and browser information, approximate location derived from the IP address, traffic source, advertising identifiers and website events. Without consent, we do not load the Google tag or send cookieless pings to Google.

We store your choice in localStorage under a versioned technical key so it persists between visits. If the setup changes materially, we will increase the version and ask you to decide again. We do not use Meta Pixel.

Recipients and suppliers

Data may be accessible only to people and suppliers who help us operate the website, hosting, security, email communication or enquiry handling.

We use Vercel as our hosting and Web Analytics provider. After consent, we use Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. When data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate GDPR safeguards where required for the processing.

Retention period

We keep contact form data for the time needed to handle the enquiry and related communication, at most 12 months after the last communication, unless there is a contractual or legal reason to keep it longer.

Technical logs are kept only for the period reasonably needed for security, diagnostics and service operation. Aggregated anonymous traffic statistics may be kept longer because they do not identify individual visitors.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have, in particular, the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can exercise your rights by email at quzr@quzr.dev. If you believe the processing is not compliant, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

Security and voluntary provision

We protect data with appropriate technical and organizational measures. Access is limited to people who need it to handle enquiries or operate the website.

Providing data through the form is voluntary. Without contact details, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry or arrange a call.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, especially if the website, form, analytics, suppliers or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
